McCreary County Community Housing Development Corporation (McCHDO) mission is to improve the quality of housing in McCreary County, KY.
It is our goal to create affordable, sustainable, energy efficient, and durable housing. We will promote, provide, finance, build, sell, rent, or advocate housing for very low, low and moderate-income families. We will also seek and distribute in-kind donations to help Appalachian homeowners do their own maintenance and repairs at an affordable cost.
